Clean, modern, and friendly staff. Rooms are large and well equipped. There was a person available for late check-in but they had to be paged to come down and open up the front desk; it would be nice if the front desk was open a bit later (till at least around midnight perhaps). Also, there isn't any carpet or cloth drapery so it's easier to hear people talking in the hallways and other rooms. Thankfully, there wasn't any loud commotion during the night. Hotel manager said this was an apt not a hotel? I stayed over a month and Housekeeping came twice. They gave us a hard time asking for towels and toilet paper and using the brooms and mops. I though this was a long stay hotel?

It is possible to request additional services not already included in your rate if that appeals to you. One of our goals is to allow guests to choose and pay for only those services they want so we keep our rates affordable.
