We had a problem with extremely noisy neighbors. The staff was for the most part unhelpful and rude. There was one that was nice and her name began with a C. She checked us in and was concerned with us through our stay. But the other staff was rude.

Pleasant but Very Minimal Service/Support We've never stayed at this type of place in the past and were surprised to learn that no housekeeping services would be provided during our week-long stay and that we's have to bring dirty towels to the front desk and pay a fee to exchange them. Also, there's only one bath towel and one washcloth per person and one bar of soap and one tiny tube of conditioning shampoo in the room. It was weird. Bare essentials. Only 1 large towel and a wash cloth. No ice machine. Room was very nice but lacked essentials

The hotels outside appearance looked fairly new. The office receptionist was nice but when we checked into our room the bed had only two small pillows and the floor were dirty when I walked on it barefooted , the floors looked like they were never mopped when I examined my feet, they were black and nasty. The bathroom had only one bar of soap and I had to go ask for more and with two extra pillows. I hate to complain and my personal opinion would be 3 out of 5 stars as the rating on this hotel.
