Got to the hotel and we were told there isn't a room for us, that they are over booked. They sent us away. I better not get charged for this

Staff smoker There is a non smoking sign as soon as you walk through the front and back doors as well as the elevators, front desk etc. How is that the person in charge, Jennifer, is smoking right there in front of the back door sign like rules dont apply to her?!

Hotel was very stuffy, to the point my room had an odor of fish as if the person before me had cooked but the room was never properly aired out or deodorized. Also, there were NO amenities in the room. Not a paper cup in the bathroom, not a hair dryer, not a list of local take out food places, not an extra blanket, not a Bible in the night side table, not an envelop for the housekeeping crew. This place was horrible people smell like weed and the room smells like cigarettes on top of that it took a long time for the receptionist to check us in

Room was dirty, my room type was changed because they overbooked the hotel, all the hotel smelled bad, including my room. I had stayed at Extended Stay hotels a few years ago, and never had this type of experience. Don't stay here.

we checked in for a 4-night stay bed had used sheets, hair in bathtub. floors were dirty. limited front desk staff. had to call from lobby phone for service. no one ever answered.
