The employee who checked us in gave us the wrong key and told us the wrong room number. Since he did not write it down for us, we double-checked verbally with him and went into our room. At 11pm, another guest entered the room since they were given the same room information. Come to find out in the morning when our keys did not work to get in the room and we went to the front desk, we were supposed to be checked into a completely different room. I felt unsafe at this property. Everytime you walk in the bathroom a light would flash from the toilet as if a picture was being taken. I could not sleep due to the knocking on the walls, doors being slammed and dogs barking throughout the night. I only stayed 1 night compared to 3. This was a very unpleasant stay.

I had to leave because there were so many cockroaches in the room
I had a reservation and got to the desk and there are no rooms available. Thanks for nothing. I want my money back.
