Made an online booking, when arrived was told by an employee, before even stating i had a booking he refused a room and continued talking to the young lady he was conversing with prior to my arrival. Will not be recommending this establishment.
Had a reservation and they gave our room away anyways. Never again. Staff was not friendly when they told us-stay away!!
Unfortunately, this establishment told me that my stay/reservation didn’t matter due to the fact the hotel was “over populated”. I was forced to find another hotel with an insane increase of rate ($165 a night due to the holidays). Thank god I found a better stay without the need of a third party *AHEM* *expedia* nor uncaring staff that don’t want to hear the other end.
Not worth it Hotel smell like cigarets and wet dog. Room was ok. Microwave never been cleaned. Service was ok. Furniture looks like it got pick up in the dumpster. Not recommended with family maybe solo or with pets.
No one is ever at the front desk even during check in/check out. Everyone is super kind and friendly but only when you can actually find an employee lingering around the hotel or smoking cigarettes with the guests outside. Also found dog poop in hallway with stairs. Gross.
