Love The staff. Swimming pool is great.
The management was helpful but the staff wasn't trained to handle simple issues like booking discrepencies amd internet. First room I was booked in on Satutday, TV didn't work and front desk receptionist almost was going to pass the buck onto the ASM until Monday. Rooms "appear" clean until you walk barefoot and feel and see the accumulated dirt on their room floor (it was sticky).
