Memphis on a budget. The staff was very helpful with our questions about the area. The pool had been filled in.

Room not ready when I arrived but that's ok because I knew clean linens were put on!! Staff friendly and accommodating. Nothing fancy but comfortable

Housekeeping Issues The customer service was very good, but I was assigned to a room that had not been cleaned, I found this out after struggling all the way to the 3rd floor with luggage. The replacement room was visibly clean, but the used bath towel of the previous customer had been left on the back of the bathroom door, the bathroom tissue holder was empty, and the extra roll appeared to have been wet then dried. The room above me was very disturbing, the guest ran and jumped all afternoon.

It was a late booking and we got in late. The room for the price wasn't bad but we didn't appreciate the roaches waiting for us in our room

My stay Everything was great for the most part and the service was nice. The free wi-fi was very slow and you're given the option to spend $5 to upgrade it to high speed, so that was kind of annoying. But other than that it was decent.
