Electrical problems Stayed at the Cordova Extended Stay America. All staff were very pleasing and hospitable. Handicapped room was very spacious and comfortable. There is a problem with the electrical fixtures in the living room and kitchen ceiling. The bulbs were replaced but continued to blow out. Management extended themselves to make us comfortable. I appreciated that.

Ok...... To Me The Stay Was Nice NY Other Roommate Though So Too Its Just The Elevator Smells Like Smoke And Its Smells Bad But Everything Else Was Fine My Room Was Fine !

My stay was good. Norvell, is his weigh 100 times in gold. I was so lost he stayed on phone with me for over 30 mins. getting me there. Thank You.
Cordova The Good: Large clean rooms with everything you want in them. The Bad (for some): My room had dog smell. It is a dog friendly hotel
Expedia messed up!! The morning we were to leave for our stay the Hotel called frantic! It seems expedia booked us in to a room that was not available! We took a lower room and the staff went overboard trying to help us! (Family emergency- a family member was terminal and we were visiting to go to the hospital)! As I said the hotel staff bent over backward to accommodate us!
