Ok, but expected better Very out dated, but trying to refurbish it. Overall the room was clean, but needed new carpet. It had a window unit for air conditioning. No items stocked in the kitchen. Have to request items you want, but all the cabinets were nailed shut so you would have nowhere to put the dishes, etc after the desk gave them to you. The area of Memphis where the hotel is located was safe, which was important to me. The cost was low, but I think I could have gotten something better.

Großartiger Aufenthalt! Tolles Personal! Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb von Memphis. Aber ausreichend Essens- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Wir würden sehr herzlich und freundlich empfangen. Greta, die Managerin, ist eine Seele von Mensch. Großartig! Sie gab uns ein frisch renoviertes Zimmer. Wir waren überwältigt vom Komfort des Zimmers. Dazu war es sehr hübsch eingerichtet und das Bett war sehr bequem. Perfekt! Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und der Kaffee schmeckt auch hervorragend!

Great value in good neighborhood. Great value and great service. We were in town for the Beale St. Music Festival and it was worth the 25+ minute drive into town to stay here. The staff was very helpful, the room was clean, and it was conveniently located to shops, groceries and restaurants.

Memphis in May There were not many amenities (no ice, etc.) but the room was very large.

Fine for a night or two Just needed a clean inexpensive room to sleep in for 2 nights and the Extended Stay America met my needs very well. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would have preferred a pillow top mattress. Decor and furniture were dated, but a dumpster out back suggested renovations are happening.

Too much money for not a great hotel it was the closest hotel to our family but it felt unsafe at the pool someone spilled beer in the elevator we found food trash under the bed and dirty clothes behind the dresser when you request something the staff says they ll bring it and they don't I do have to say the night staff that gentleman did a fantastic job happy there was security Friday night I would never stay there again for $105 a night I expected ALOT better
