Great location in the heart of Cordova, TN The staff were nice and helpful. They upgraded my room to give me the better carpeted room. Overall, the hotel is worn and needs a lot of TLC. It was however, clean and comfortable. There aren't many choices of hotels in Cordova. I chose this one based on the location and convenience.

Business travel I have stayed at this hotel several times over the last three months. I think this hotel is under a new manager. The staff is friendlier. The manager speaks to me. The rooms are cleaner, more inviting (pillows 'arranged,' etc.). In General, the place seems to be more 'upbeat.'

Great value The hotel location was great. Within walking distance of several restaurants and grocery stores. I was happy to not have to drive again. When I arrived, my expected room (Single with 1 Queen) was not available so they upgraded me to an entire family suite at no additional cost. I only paid my original price. Very pleased.

Nice place Front desk staff told me on one day I could get room service for free, the next day they said I will be charged for each day of room service. Pool was closed two days of my three day day stay yet some people still were able to barbecue inside it's locked gates?!

Not Impressed The hotel had an odor almost like a stale/smoking/urine smell. Plaster on the ceiling was peeling. The drain in the tub had a green color to it. The lamp attached to the wall between the bed hadn't been dusted in months. I was afraid to walk on the carpet with no shoes because of the way it felt...like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time.
