Very friendly environment The service is very very good. Although the facilities is quite old and there is some smell in the room, it is quite comfortable and enjoyable to stay. I am very satisfied for this hotel given the price.

Great price!! Every time I visit TN, I stay at the Studio Plus because the price is great and the rooms are very spacious.

We were very pleased with the accommodations . It was roomy, comfortable and convenient for us to attend the Lucky Dog Barrel Races.

It met our needs. for the cost it fit our needs but a little tlc could go a long way to make this location top notch. The motel is a little dated and the bed sheets had burn holes in them. we did find the location a plus and the service was good at the desk but it would have benn great to know that no room cleaning is scheduled for anything under a six day stay. Misleading I was looking for something alittle different than this hotel. It was for our anniversary and wanted something romantic. This was more like a pay by the week place for temporary living arrangment. You could tell that it had been used as a home by the wear on the carpers and such. It was clean, bed were comfy, and it was great to have the mimi kitchen. Bring your own ice cause they do not have a ice machine!

Good Value The staff were nice and the place was clean. The hotel hasn't been updated in years but everything worked well. Full size refrigerator and stove. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Pool looked nice, although I didn't use it. I wanted a good value and this was.
