Nice place It was right in the center of Germantown. It was very clean and organized. The staff was very friendly. I was a female traveling alone and I never worried about my safety. It was a great place to stay

Decent Hotel for the price The hotel is not the best hotel I have ever stayed at. But the accommodations for the price are great. I stayed there for 5 days. There is a full kitchen with bowls, plates, cups, silverware and pots/pans. It was in a decent part of town and close to I-40. The only real issue I had was the fire alarm went off several times during my stay. They were all false alarms. Studio Plus Memphis-Cordova This was a very nice hotel. Coming up to the hotel, it looks a little smclose to all but the rooms are very nice in size. There are two beds and a let out couch and a full working kitchen. The hotel is conviently located close to clothing store, grocery stores and restaurants. Great place to stay.

It was OK, People were friendly but room It was OK, People were friendly but room needs a good cleaning. Some stains on the furniture and a blub was missing from the bedside table. Bathroom was clean enough.

studio plus We were just staying one night and wanted to stay as inexpensive as possible. THe are is safe and close to the mall and lots of shopping and eating establishments. Bed was a little firm but we slept ok. It's a little older of a building and it shows, but for the price and just one night it was fine.

Studi Plus- Close to McDonald's Cordova Studio Plus is alright to stay for a day or so. The entrance is hard to find, the room was clean, nice with appliances. If you book, some of the staff get you confused with another roomer. I believe that is a management problem. If you call the front desk, make sure you get the name of who you spoke to so you can prove you paid for the room through another booking company. Overall. 2 days would be my limit for a studio motel.

Our stay at Studio Plus was a winner! Management was pleasant, helpful and met every need that was asked by us. Refrigerator was spotless and our basic needs such as dishes, etc. were all clean. We will definitely stay there again.
