Beware Beware you may not have the reservation you think you have. Expedia confirmed 2 rooms for 4 people. When we checked in we had a room capable of 4 people and a room only capable of 2 people. The AC and Refigerator were haunted. We could not turn off the AC system.

Horrible, nasty, & broken shower. Disgusted, nasty, and the handheld shower head was propped up ontop of the broken base!

Studio Plus in Cordova, Tenn I needed to economize and needed a room for 6, so I tried Studio Plus. I made a bad decision. I stayed in 3 on the way to Florida and back to Oklahoma. The only place that seemed to get the concept of cleanliness and maintenance was the one in Tallahassee, Florida. The staff at Cordova was wonderful, we even got a hug and candy when we arrived after midnight. They tried to help us get sheets etc. but the whole system is in trouble. Studio Plus Memphis Cordova Review Hotel was not the cleanest. Drink machine had limited choices and was out of those. Spiders in room. Toilet was dirty. Sink was dirty. Could not get smoking room as requested but didn't find that out until we got there. Was told I could have late check-out but got a phone call from a rude employee the next day that we needed to leave because the room had been rented. Not cool at all. Very disappointed.

Horrable I could not believe that anyone would stay in this hotel. It's dirty and very uncomfortable!!! I will never use orbits again. I would rather pay the full price and know what I'm getting. This was a horrible experience. we had to find another hotel in the middle of the night. I was traveling with my family which includes my elderly mother. The smell of that hotel will forever be engraved in my mind!

Studio Plus Extended Stay - Memphis/Cordova I was in Memphis for business and it was my second stay at this location. It leaves much to be desired. I don't require a lot of extras, only cleanliness. Both stays I had to remove hairs from the bathtub and sink area. I thought I could sleep on a rock until I had their beds.... Well, I may be able to sleep on a rock but not those lumpy beds.
