Did not reach expectations. Our room smelled horribly of smoke. And we are smokers, but it was u bearable. Cobwebs in the corners of ceiling. Used inscense stick in the electrical outlet when we arrived. Only 3 pillows. Elevator smelled of mildew and broke down shortly after we left (we had family still staying there). We temporarily lost cable, Internet and WATER! waste of money There were 4 of us and only 3 pillows.... They were "sold out" of rooms but there were 6 vacancies. They wouldn't give or get is a pillow. Thru finally said they would bring us one. They didn't. The mattress was stained nasty. Staff was of no help. The manager was on vacation and they didn't know when she would be back.
business trip The personnel was very nice and let us have a late check out until 12:30 because we arrived so late. The hotel room itself was old and outdated. One of the towels had holes in it. It just needs to be updated. It was clean but due to the aging carpet and furniture it didn't feel as clean as you would want it to be.
Moving Stop Booked two rooms at this hotel for a one night stop for family members moving west. The booking was fine. The front desk staff was fine. The facility was gross, run down and unappealing. If they hadn't just driven 9 hours, they would sought out another hotel. Would NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE! How did this hotel get this rating? I based this booking on the score. I'll have a hard time trusting these ratings in the future.

could have been better We did not received housekeeping services during our two nights stay. We had to go to front desk to ask for clean towels and did not receive a receipt at the end of stay. I tried to transfer my payment from one credit card to another and front desk attendant had no clue as to how to take care of this matter.

Not Recommended. I was redirected minutes before leaving for airport to "upgraded sister hotel" at 2520 Horizon Lake Drive due to over booking even after I was assured of accommodations when I called the night before. The staff at the "sister hotel" was not attentive; had to change rooms due to soiled bed linens, non-working air conditioning, dirty bathroom and no hot water - rated 1.. Convenient location, but... Needs serious upgrades. Furniture, carpet, and appliances are stuck in the 90's. Hotel cleanliness is as good as it can be considering the dingy old furntiture.
