It was a comfortable enough place to stay for a reasonable rate. Check in is slow. I requested a non smoking room and received a smoking room. The AC unit in the room wasn't working up to par. I checked in later in the evening and had already experienced how slow processing was, so I didn't request any room change. They also need to give a heads up on the Expedia confirmation that there is a $100 deposit for incidentals. Good information to know especially when you pay for a room beforehand.

I didn’t get my deposit back after five days still waiting said there’s nothing they can do because there system said that it sent it back
