Pesando custo e benefício vale Importante saber que não é hotel. É como um apart hotel. Tem lavanderia. Cozinha sem louça. Localização excelente. Pessoal da recepção muito simpático. Internet tem que pagar à parte. Dependendo da hospedagem ..tem que pagar wifi à parte.

The room was clean and nice for the price. The customer service was poor. A few of the employees were professional and kind, but a few lack professionalism and pride in their jobs. I was very much below what I would expect from hotel staff, and management.

No complaints If you just need a room to get some sleep this place works just fine for the price. Room was clean, staff was friendly. Front Desk did knock on the door at 9 am asking if i was checking out or staying an extra night. Not sure when checkout was but I was packing up when she knocked on door so no big deal.

Lobby was VERY small. debit card reader on soda machine charged my card but didn't dispense my soda. Other than that I LOOOOVED my room. Will stay there again!!!! Great neighborhood, close to shopping.

Name says it all Excellent lodging value. Traditional daily hotel amenities like fresh linens and room cleaning are avaliable but cost extra. Value Place is more like a one room home. I don't use a new towel every day at home. The kitchen appliances are great. No carpeting in the room made it easy to see it was clean. Bed very comfortable even without box spring. Allowed bed to be higher off the floor which again improved room cleanliness.

Great value for a decent place to sleep/shower I simply needed a clean safe place for my mom to stay for one night while visiting. This fit the bill. It was actually nicer than I expected. The front desk was very welcoming and helpful. The room itself was fairly modern, bed was comfortable, tv worked fine, bathroom was spotless. Overall a great value if you just need a no-frills spot to sleep and shower!

Clean, Comfort, and Quiet The front desk receptionist Jordan was very helpful. Check-in was quick. The only problem I had were the front desk hours. I woke up early in order to continue my travel to California. No one was at the front desk to check out. Had to pick up a phone on the wall and dial a three digit number. The person on the other end said for me to leave the door key in the room when I leave. I had no problem with leaving the key in the room, but I would have liked to receive a receipt with $0 balance owed.
