Some of the front desk workers are lazy abs rude Mrs Barbra was great at the front desk the rest of the front desk employees were very dang rude and lazy as heck I asked for a receipt the Caucasian female said I'm not giving u a receipt get it from hotels. Com I told her I didn't give hotels.com my money I payed y'all she still refuse me a receipt and started argueing with me I'll never stay there again u had to pay for everything
Convenient, and comfortable I had a good stay, I have only one complaint . I arrived in town early, and I couldn't check into my room until 3pm. The manager was very nice. I will be come back again. Its good for The price you pay.
Very Clean Hotel. Staff (Jordan) was nice,kind and helpful. Rooms was very clean. Only complaint, beds were not comfortable. Overall great hotel.
Awesome Great service great rooms. Only problem we had was people knocking on the door late at night having the wrong room.
Pesando custo e benefício vale Importante saber que não é hotel. É como um apart hotel. Tem lavanderia. Cozinha sem louça. Localização excelente. Pessoal da recepção muito simpático. Internet tem que pagar à parte. Dependendo da hospedagem ..tem que pagar wifi à parte.
The room was clean and nice for the price. The customer service was poor. A few of the employees were professional and kind, but a few lack professionalism and pride in their jobs. I was very much below what I would expect from hotel staff, and management.
No complaints If you just need a room to get some sleep this place works just fine for the price. Room was clean, staff was friendly. Front Desk did knock on the door at 9 am asking if i was checking out or staying an extra night. Not sure when checkout was but I was packing up when she knocked on door so no big deal.
Lobby was VERY small. debit card reader on soda machine charged my card but didn't dispense my soda. Other than that I LOOOOVED my room. Will stay there again!!!! Great neighborhood, close to shopping.
