I had a smoking room and I don't smoke. Smoking should not be allowed in hotel. The bed was uncomfortable.

not pet or people friendly They are not pet friendly though they are listed as such. The daytime manager is abrasive and unkind.

The front desk was empty during open hours and it took 30 minutes for someone to come back to help my friend and i check in.
