ESA- Excellent Stay Award Have stayed at this hotel several times over the last few months, and have found that it is exceptional for the value. Staff is quick with any request, needs, in ensuring your stay is welcomed, and pleasent. I would like to say on a side note, some beds have been more comfortable than others but you are looking at a business that meant for extended stays, that they have to have a little firmer matteress than normal, but overall, a real great place to stay. Good price great location. The only thing I was a little upset about was that there is no signage in the office about how to get someone to open the door or get your room. I had to be on the phone for a little while until that was resolved. There were little bitty cockroaches in the kitchen floor and the bathroom...

If price is most important... ..then this propery is not a bad choice. Plusses include a very clean room with fridge and microwave, a good location near the airport but away from noise, and ample free parking. Negatives include a lack of amenities, which is to be expected except that one advertised amenity, free wi-fi, turned out to be a 5 dollar upcharge. Mattress Room lwas clean. Mattress had something that stained the side. Didn't want to look too hard. Overall, the room was clean.

Very nice for the price! My son and I stayed here and found the room quite satisfactory for the modest price. The room was clean and neat, and the kitchenette was extremely convenient. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an inexpensive option close to the Nashville airport, especially if being able to prepare your own meals was of interest.
