Very Impressed I am always weary when staying at a new Hotel, I had stayed at an Extended Stay America Brentwood but never at this one. I must say I have nothing to say bad at this Hotel, I plan on making it my Hotel when I come to Nashville, which is quiet often, very pleased..

Inexpensive & Convenient, but Dirty & Sketchy Room met my needs but not my preferences. Door didn't seal to the outside. Room looked and felt dirty. No housekeeping performed during my week-long stay. Other residents I saw seemed a bit sketchy. As an adult male I felt fine staying there, but wouldn't recommend it for a stay with my wife and kids. Convenient access to I-40, Briley PKWY, and Opry Mills. Cheap.
Extended Stay America Nashville Airport For the price I paid, I cannot complain about much. I liked the location because it was easy to get around the city from there. Not very flashy but worth every penny.

Good value for the money. Very clean room, I booked a two night stay, I get up early and drink way more than 4 miniture cups of coffee each morning. Room had only one coffee filter, no shampoo or conditioner, no housekeeping service on the second day, (could have used some more towels, requestied some shampoo and conditioner, because I forgot mine, and the flyer said they could provide, clerk made a not , but it was never delivered. Minor things in my opinion, I would stay there again and I would recommend to others.

Things were sub par from check in. Hotels.com did not send the hotel the money for the room. I was embarrassed in front others at check in because the attendant originally thought is my credit card. Got to the room and only one room light worked. The attendant was busy checking in other customers and could not change my room before I had to leave for my Event. Then as I took my shower the water filled up in the tub because pipes were backed up. I got back to the room at 3AM, washed my face and the sink was draining slow. Got... read more
