pluming needs work This stay was the second room we have had at this hotel, In the first the toilet was leaking. In this room the bothroom sink was leaking.
Excellent Service Every time I went to the office they smiled and were very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean but there were some problem areas. The toilet was verfy low and leaked.
ok for 1 night stay, not a place I would stay a long time
close to downtown. not clean It was a little below average hotel. The clean but when I first arrived there was trash all over the stairs. And a few burn marks on the outlets and comforter. The bed was not comfortable. The towels weren't soft. The couple good things were that 1) it was close to everything. The airport. Downtown. Oprymills mall. Restaurants. And 2) the price matched the quality of the hotel. They didn't over charge.
Lower your expectations Excellent convenient location, large room, great shower and AC, grounds beautifully landscaped and well groomed. Stairs, elevator and corridors were filthy. Don't think they were ever cleaned during my week long stay. Zero service. When I checked into my room the overflowing garbage can from the last guest was still there. Worst pillows I have ever seen, lumpy misshapen messes. Room fairly clean but beat up. Soft spot in the kitchen floor. Threadbare towels with several holes in them. Still the price ... read more
Hotel is what was expected. Good room and value for the money used the site before and this room met my expectaction
Well run motel, with a little wear and tear Location was good, staff was nice, room was clean, everything was in working order. The only problem was our room has seen better days, lots of wear and tear, should be remodeled.
