The front desk staff was pleasant and knowledgeable! The room had live and dead roaches, there was a towel hanging on the shower rod not sure if it was clean or not.
Check in was a fairly easy process, and the place itself was conveniently located. However the facilities were not at all clean and the smell of cigarettes lingered everywhere.
Stay was good to great, they are a few things management needs to look into.

There must be a way to avoid/stop the water from the shower to form a pool in the bathroom. The room/bath was wheelchair accessible but the water from the shower went all over the bathroom.

The room was nasty, cockroach and the smell of the room inside was like it wasn’t been cleaned with good products
