WoodSpring Suites stay was great.. however I have a complaint with hotels.com regarding my reservation.. I specifically made a comment for WoodSpring that I would arrive the following morning after my first reservation date..when I arrived WoodSpring informed my comment on my reservation through hotels.com was not found and they had cancelled my reservation since I did not show on the date of my reservation..so critical info I assumed would be acknowledged was never even passed along..

Cockroach problem WoodSpring Suites looks fairly nice and it's pretty clean, but has several problems. Sometimes there are quite noisy tenants, some staff seem to always be in a bad mood, and in addition it has a cockroach problem.

Thank you for your comments. We take suspected pest sightings very seriously and take swift action to be sure our property stays bug-free. Time of year and weather play a big role in controlling pests, just like in homes, so sometimes it takes longer than any of us want to see results. We are distressed that you got such a bad impression of our hotel we are sorry for disappointing you.
