Cockroach problem WoodSpring Suites looks fairly nice and it's pretty clean, but has several problems. Sometimes there are quite noisy tenants, some staff seem to always be in a bad mood, and in addition it has a cockroach problem.

Thank you for your comments. We take suspected pest sightings very seriously and take swift action to be sure our property stays bug-free. Time of year and weather play a big role in controlling pests, just like in homes, so sometimes it takes longer than any of us want to see results. We are distressed that you got such a bad impression of our hotel we are sorry for disappointing you.

Woodspring suites ocala We stayed due to evacuating for a hurricane. The place takes pets which is hard to find for a small fee, that part I liked. The part I didnt like, everyday I would make an online reservation for $55, tax included, plus pet fee of $11 making my total cost $66 and some change. I was either charged $65, $69, & $78. There was nothing consistent. It seemed to depend on who was working. They did issue me a refund for a night due to being safe to return home.
