Good value for extended stay needs Booked the hotel for a week and it was the best value price wise we could find. The rooms are nice and clean and come with bed, table and chair, small kitchen unit and a fridge/freezer. The beds were decent and comfortable. Neighbors were fairly quiet and even the one three doors down with the screaming kids could only be heard when out in the hallway. Staff was ok- not very helpful though. Allergic people beware Our stay was okay. The hotel needs major cleaning. I suffered for a massive allergies while staying there. It smelled really bad.

I wars in business trip and it was convenient because it have a fridge and kitchenette.

Value Place up to standard Second stay at this location-- about 9 miles from I 75, about 3 from downtown Ocala. Walmart less than a mile away, for folks like me who like to "feed themselves" Value Place is just fine

Affordable Weekly Rental It was a nice experience. Had all the necessities as a small studio apartment and was affordable.

Nice place but not your normal hotel experience. Clean and safe hotel. You have to have a card to get into the building- past the front desk. One odd thing, front desk is not open 24 hours, but they said there is a handyman who lives on premise, could contact after hours for issues. I booked a non-smoking room, when I checked in they gave me a smoking room but corrected it right away. Had to ask for towels since none were in my room. No maid service unless you want to pay extra.
