Nice new property awesome staff! Great clean comfortable property. Not sure why any hotel would fail to see the noise dampening benefits of carpet though. Highly recommended saying on the front side 4th floor

For a room with a ktchenette, there were no utensils, plates etc..and worst of all, NO COFFEE! Also, put a lamp on the night stand. Check in was slow as staff seemed to be new. Room clean and bed comfortable.

Very Friendly and Compassionate Staff I originally made a reservation for 3 nights but due to a family emergency, I had to change it to 2 nights. The hotel staff member was very friendly and understanding my situation, quickly cancelled the 3rd night when I understand they were not required to do so. The hotel and my room were very clean and the kitchenette was very useful.

convenient and new Good place for extended stay. Close to Walmart and other shopping. Bathroom floors were a little dirty for my liking. (hair behind door etc.) No hand towels- which was a pain. Had I known- I would have brought my own. No utensils are furnished. Originally I asked for a quiet room and they put me right next to a screaming toddler. I went down the next day and the manager changed it without a fuss. I did not find the staff to be rude like in previous reviews.

Changed Hotels on 2nd Day I actually switched from the Quality Inn & Suites due to the appearance and upkeep of this building.

nice stay room cleanliness is based on individual renting room. there is no room service to fix beds or remove trash. employees will address needs such as toilet paper and trash bags. the staff are very respectful.
