Not a very clean facility and not in a great area. Lots of people seemed to be living there long term. It was noisy at night as the people living there seem to be night owls and were walking loudly, talking and knocking on doors until 3 or 4 am. No one was at the front desk 24/7 and although I received an email with a phone number I could use for contacting someone, there was no one physically present to keep the noise down.

The overall stay was ok (front desk woman was quick with the check in process, things worked fine in the room), but the thing that got me was the fact that after a long day, I needed to go to bed early to catch an early flight the next day. When I was just falling asleep and ridding the headache I'd been fighting, the door suddenly opens (but stops because I had the gold stop over the door) and I hear, "Hello? Hello?" Staff was very courteous and welcoming
booked here for the kitchen and the ability to cook instead of eating out. There were no pots/pans/plates/silver or anything in the room. When I went downstairs to inquire, I realized the charge extra for all of that. Not so much of a value any longer
