No pude usar el hotel y cancelé mi estancia porque cuando llegue atrasado por el viaje, como puede sucederle a muchas personas, el front desk del hotel estaba cerrado desde las 11pm y no había nadie para atender. Tuve que buscar otro hotel a esa hora llegando cansado de mi viaje.

Check in was a nightmare, since we arrived after hours the attendance didn't know how to do it. Besides, at 5 am they were people having a party (loud music, yelling etc). To end this horrible stay the fire alarm went off around 7am. The worst night ever

No soap no shampoo, asked for some and they told me I have to get it from second floor The bed frame was either broken or not put together correctly It’s a new building but service sucks

Nothing but cold water The front desk lady was very kind and told me the water needed to be turned on for a few minutes before it would get warm, I had it running on full hot for over 30 minutes and it never got above lukewarm including the extra time I spent in the shower waiting for it to get warm. Definitely will not be back.
