The Room was not clean, i had a night stay and just ended up walking upstairs opening the door and walking back down. Still waiting on my return. Dont pay till you see the room!

Do not recommend We had a terrible experience. They cancelled our reservation and when we showed up at 11:30pm with our children they just said the were overbooked and we had no hotel for the night. Very irresponsible as I had spoken with them earlier in the week requesting a late check out and the reservation was in place.

Bathroom was disgusting and had hair everywhere. They called the morning of checkout and said that we didn’t pay, when we booked and paid weeks before. Terrible experience. Would not recommend

We arrived around 11pm. We called to let them know we will be arriving late. There was nobody. NOBODY at the front desk we kept calling after 15 minutes finally someone showed up. The room was not properly cleaned. There were shoes from the previous visitor and the bedding was yellow instead of white how it should be. The sheets smelled like cigarettes!!!! It was horrible being that when we got there at 7:30 pm they where closed and couldn't check in. Nobody answered phone. We had to go find another hotel on A Friday night in Orlando to sleep. Took 2 hours before i could find anything.
