The location is a decent location to the attractions Orlando has to over. However, our room smelled strongly of something foul. As if someone cooked something and never cleaned it out. Hairs were in the bathtub. We didn’t cancel or room or request because of how late we arrived. The only upside besides location was the staff being kind. They were welcoming.

Cancelled our reservation without notice Cancelled our reservation without notice, so we got there and they offered no alternatives, no manager, no refund, nothing. Told us to call corporate to resolve. The area was completely sold out. We tried to book 5 different properties each one selling out in the middle of our purchase. Absolutely terrible service, and really just an incredibly cruel situation to inflict on anyone. Alternative hotels were between 300-500 per night.

Not for familys! When we arrived at 6 pm there was a dispute between the one check in clerk and either an employee trying to get his paycheck adjusted or a guest trying go get money back, wither way we waited for 45 min in the lobby to check in. Then when we finally got to check in, the clerk was really struggling, she began by telling my daughter that her dad took her to Disney, but hes dead now. The she said how she wanted to take her kids to Disney but her mom did, and she will never forgive her mom for that. I had alread... read more

Don’t stay here We got a call at 2 o’clock in the afternoon to tell us the room was no longer available this was the same day of check-in we were in an airport on our way to Florida. All they could say was I’m sorry. Horrible way to start a vacation

Hotel looked new and rooms weren’t terrible but we found a roach and some of the bedding smelled weird. We understand and are sympathetic to short staffing but some of the staff was outright and unnecessarily rude. We booked a room for 4 and got two towels. We asked for 2 more and were going to reuse them throughout our stay but were told we couldn’t get more than 2 towels when they’re short. We would definitely not stay here again.

The hotel lost many reservations which ours was one of the lost reservations. We were unable to check in and stay. Had to drive 2 1/2 hrs back home.
