Good security as everyone must go through lobby , no side entrances, and you need the room key to enter lobby after hours. Quiet halls, not a “party” hotel. Grab and Go breakfast was only muffins, granola, instant oatmeal , and coffee with name brand creamers. Will go again if in the area, did not use gym or office center.

When we were trying to check in there was nobody at the front and we were late to our function

The worst extended stay ever First of all, there are two extended stays right next to each other. So, we went to the wrong one at first. Then, there is no front desk services after 11 p.m. I checked in late therefore, a night member checked me in. Additionally, I was charged twice for the room. I had to wait several days later after my trip for my money to be put back on my card. Also, it sits in the bondock. There is no housekeeping unless staying for 7 days. Wedding The place was close to entertainment areas. The staff was nice. Had a little problem with the key to the room. Found a flea on the bed.

Amazing customer service We had a great experience. Amazing customer service. They only had the rooms that we reserved on the 1st floor & since we preferred not to be on the 1st floor they upgraded us to a suite. The hotel was booked to capacity but they still did everything possible to make us feel special. Thank you!
