There was a really bad mold smell in the room. I thought if I put on the air conditioner it would go away...but that didn't help. I was only staying one night so I dealt with it....but I wouldn't stay here again. There was no ice machine. You had to make your own ice with ice trays that were in the freezer. They still weren't hard in the morning when I left....VERY IMPORTANT -Just because you book online here with Expedia it does not mean you are guaranteed a room. This was surprising to me. could do a better job of cleaning rooms and change linen more often

I like the convenience, the fact the room i fully equipped with appliances nice flooring instead of carpet, clean and sanitized bathroom.. The beds could be larger. Expected more in a continental breakfast All in all l enjoyed my stay

Overall the property was an excellent value. Some refurbishment would help and I was surprised that an extended stay facility did not furnish utensils in the kitchenettes. AC was not sufficient for the Florida temps tho.
