Great Place I only stayed 2 nights but I was comfortable, it was quiet, and I upgraded to the comfort bed select it was perfect.

Review The hotel was great for the price but the hallway carpet was dirty. The service was good. The room was in great shape and clean.

The hotel extended stay Mitland in Orlando Fla Even thou my sy was just over night , I was truly satisfied with overall up keep of room andgrounds of hotel as well as lobby and curtious staff, They were very helpful.

good rate bad location I only stayed here cause they allow dogs but $25 extra...and I asked if I could keep him in crate which I did anyways...I was in Orlando to do a good deed to transport a dog from one vet to another but could not fly the small plane out because of storms one place to eat across 3 lanes per side road with no sidewalk

Extended Stay Deluxe - Maitland Excellent accommodations for very reasonable price. Helpful & friendly staff. Quiet room; the hotel generally seemed quiet even tho the parking lot was always full. Used the pool, tiny fitness room but it works. Continental breakfast on the healthy side, good coffee with real cream option! I liked having the option of not having daily cleaning, as we didn't need new towels or room freshening up. Kitchenette is great. Not Impressed Staff seemed nice... but lots of loud noise throughout the night and the hotel stank very badly including the room and hallways

An extremely average hotel I have stayed in this hotel before so new pretty much what to expect upon my return. The only reason I stay here is because it is very close to my business location. It is cheap which probably explains why it is not much to write home about. I stayed for four nights. While, as I mentioned it is cheap, note, they charge extra for internet access and maid service. Quite frankly, I'd prefer that they go ahead and include it in the daily rate. I don't like being "nickled and dimed". The towels SUCK! It... read more

We did not have drinking classes or coffee cups in the room, the bed was uncomfortable, the pillows need to be replace.
