Have stayed here before, but overall condition is really getting tattered and rundown which is a shame because it is a convenient location.
Business Stay The hotel staff was very helpful and curtious the rooms were ok nothing fancy but for the price its fine.
Exyended Stay Maitland Clean room, quiet except for the guy next door snoring. Mediocre wifi you pay for, no breakast. I would stay here again.
Will stay there again when I return What can I say..... Clean, quiet, professional staff, laundry services on premisses as well as wireless internet. Check in and check out were a breeze too.

Great Place I only stayed 2 nights but I was comfortable, it was quiet, and I upgraded to the comfort bed select it was perfect.
Review The hotel was great for the price but the hallway carpet was dirty. The service was good. The room was in great shape and clean.
