Extended Stay in Maitland, FL The front desk clerk was not very personable but did his job. The room could have used some maintainence as the security lock was missing (screw holes were visible) but the dead bolt worked. For the price and the fact that we were hardly in the room, it worked but not a vacation spot. Free breakfast was minimal.

great very quiet, clean, out of the way of orlando (only 10 min from downtown) safe area! free wifi!

Good cheap sleep Provides all the basics. Just started offering wireless for no extra charge. Shower heads and refrigerators could use cleaning, but otherwise OK.

Very Nice Loved the updates. Came into town to visit family for a few days and the hotel was very comfortable.

EXTENDED STAY-MAITLAND I HAVE STAYED IN THIS HOTEL TWICE BEFORE, BECAUSE THE EXTENDED STAY IN CASSELBERRY(WHERE RELATIVES LIVE) IS TERIBLE, WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND STAYING THERE. HOWEVER, THE STAFF AT THIS HOTEL HAS BEEN GOING DOWN HILL, NOT FRIENDLY, OR COURTEOUS. THE HOTEL WAS OVERALL VERY CLEAN, BUT THE STAFF DROVE ME AWAY FROM EVER STAYING THERE AGAIN. I DON'T NEED TO PAY FOR RUDENESS!
