You have no You have no coffee no shampoo TV doesn’t work and nobody talk to you when you check in around

We are so sorry to see that you experienced issue with the TV, checking in, and not having a coffee maker or toiletries. We have a ‘Simple’ philosophy --- that guests pay only for the amenities they want to use (like cookware, a coffeepot, daily cleaning) so we do not stock rooms to help keep our rates affordable. Many guests appreciate being able to bring their own coffeepot but others purchase locally or we usually have some in stock and available for purchase at the Front Desk. Needs carpet and better upkeep! Surprised that this woodsprings is not up to pat with other ones I've stayed at. Everything was descent until I had a visitor crawling up the wall in the room. Unfortunately I left it there to be seen. And the upkeep part. The shelving over the toilet pretty much came off the wall. And how about some carpet in the rooms if there isn't any. The room I was given did not have carpet. And like the other woodsprings no privacy curtains. That would be a good idea to install like most other hotels I ... read more
