Peggy is the best!!! Are staying was comfortable and we received great customer service especially from the manager Peggy. Peggy goes out of her way to greet every guest by their first name giving it a very welcoming homey feel she is the reason why this place stays full and the reason why people love staying here kudos to Peggy five stars all day!

Good experience The check in process was kind of a hassle. We flew in around 10pm and rhere wasnt an attendant so you have to call to get someone but outside of that it was exactly what the website showed.

Full observations in Spanish Cuando llegue la FD nos dejo esperando un rato ya q atendía una llamada. Su saludo fue al terminar la llamada para comenzar a asistir nos. Debo decir q una vez comenzó, el chequin fue rapido y sencillo. De su tiempo conmigo no tengo quejas. La estructura en general no estaba mal. Los muebles de cocina y baño lucen muy antiguos. Florida vacation Jan 2022 It was fair considering the circumstances in florida with housing ...we had our ac quit they replaced reasonably quick... Our maintenance man in afternoon was extremely helpful and considerate
