Good hotel for price

Practical accommodations, close to Convention Cent satisfactory, we needed to save on trip, but enjoy good location and ammenieties

The stay was ok for the price just basic But by paying all ahead....and u need to check out early....you are at a lost cause u get no refurnd at all....not even a prorate

We only stayed here because our flight was canceled and everything else nearby was booked. Even for $83, this place was disgusting. The second we walked into the room it smelled like urine. The elevator smelled just as bad. When we checked the bed there were black curly hairs not only on top of the bedding but under the covers. There were also black curly hairs in the shower and bugs crawling around (will attach photos if permitted) There are absolutely no excuses for a room to be this unclean.

The entire property smells bad from the moment you walk in. The bed was dirty with some kind of powder, and so was the bathtub. Plus, the water doesn't drain properly. I've stayed at other hotels from this same company before, and they were excellent. This one is like it's not part of that company at all. The air conditioning is old.

Front desk was really nice 😊. Rooms big. However, tv outdated, room smelled horrible like strong pee Odor. It was really hard to sleep in the room. My spouse had to get air fresheners in order for me to sleep.

My stay was a complete disaster ordered Uber eats and my food was stolen, rooms was filthy with mold Front desk was rude and very non accommodating Desk gave me a hard time giving us clean towels and my hand got stuck in the door

not satisfied the hotel staff was not accommadating at all. there were little place you can go and dine. you did not have proper housekeeping. linen was not changed on a daily basis.
