I arrived at the hotel and attempted to find the lobby where the continental breakfast was to be served, but could not find it anywhere. There were holes in the ceiling, and something gross running all down the wall below it. The hotel had a musky smell, and the staff was not pleasant, nor to be found. When I did find a staff member, I asked for an extra pillow, as my full sized bed only came with one... not enough for two people. Smells bad but the hotel is ok for breakfast just coffee mini muffins and oatmeal

Great customer service! Room was clean The only thing was you didn’t have enough person hygiene supplies, like lotion and conditioner.
