Clean & convenient location.
It is old building with out side renovations, in side look dirty but my room was clean and white sheets , towers, AC was amazing. Work for me to sleep clean and relax

The property manager Serena was extremely friendly and went out of her way to be helpful. Everything else about the stay was a total let-down. It wasn't in the best area, nor did it have some of the best tenants. Things were dirty. The continental grab-n-go breakfast was pretty much a "whatever we have we'll throw out there". One day they even ran out caffeinated coffee by 7:30am, when breakfast goes from 6:30-9:00!! It was all over just frustrating

Kevin, assistant to the manager, was on the phone attempting to soothe a lost reservation which took a few minutes. No big deal except for the waiting with wondering if my reservation would be honored. It was, thankfully. Luckily, it was an end room far from elevator traffic and late check-Ins. I always request 3rd floor accommodations to avoid the guest above me teaching his horse to tap-dance. Kevin informed me he had ‘stayed in the room’ and it was ‘nice’. Okay for one night. Cleaning product smell was overwhelming.
