The cleanliness and fast customer service/checking in and out at this hotel was phenomenal!

No normally provided amenities like coffee maker/supplies, had kitchenette but no dishes, cookware, etc.

This is for a "sleep only" situation. There is no lobby, no breakfast room, only rooms, no pool, overall very clean room.

Covid type hotel - All hard cleanable surfaces The word that comes to mind is "spartan". All of the floors are done in vinyl tile, in the room, halls, everywhere. The chairs in the room were what you would expect in a elementary school cafeteria. Chrome legs and plastic seats. Bed was good. Little to no amenities such as lobby, breakfast, etc. Kinda "bare bones". Did have a kitchenette with a full refridgerator.

Small issues i shouldn’t have had to deal with For the price i wasnt expecting issues.When trying to check in at 10am they let us know we couldn’t check in until 3 so we waited at the hotel until that time in the time i was waiting i called and asked if there was early check in and they said they did and it was at 2. Overall disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned before check-in and this was after a supposed inspection for readiness when we arrived. The bathroom had hair in the shower, the toilet had urine on the seat, the kitchen trash can was full of trash, and the floor was dirty. It is very doubtful that we will ever be staying at Wood Spring in Panama City, Fl. again.

Will not stay there again. We evacuated for Hurricane Ida. 3 rooms/2nights. Arrived quite late because of evacuation traffic. I called several times to make sure our rooms would still be available. Couldn’t get a solid “yes they will be available “ answer from the hotel or Hotels.com. This hotel is definitely not a 6.0 rating. The floors were filthy. The cost of the rooms were too high for the cost. I wish I could get refunded.
