The room was a none smoking room and it stunk of cigarette smoke!!!!Very unpleasant smell

We arrived during the Pandemic. There was no dishes, room cleaning and we had to carry our towels to the front desk to exchange them for new ones. The staff was very good. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

The room was clean, the staff was courteous, but the atmosphere of the hotel itself was a little off. Many individuals hanging around the hotel parking lot at 10:30 and after. Many people still coming and going late at night. People seemed to still be sleeping in their cars in the parking lot- my kids wondered what was going on. Air conditioning left my bed, clothing, and floor feeling damp- other that it was ok to sleep for the night!
