If you’re looking for a cheap place that’s not to fancy or extraordinary to spend a few nights honestly not to bad the staff is very friendly and helpful but the hallways do have a strange smell to them. Apart from that smell everything was as expected the rooms were simple and clean.

Front desk clerk was very nice upon check-in. Hotel was a bit dirty and had spilled food and liquid on the floor in front of our room door. Took 2 reminders to staff to get the floor mopped. Room needs more comfortable chairs.

CLEAN, FRIENDLY STAFF STAY HERE!! My stay with the Extended Stay in Panama/Callaway Florida was absolutely a wonderful experience. First of all it’s CLEAN!!!! Everyone that works there is friendly, helpful and the GM Jenny is AWESOME!! I would recommend this Hotel to anyone, I needed to stay for 2 weeks, it totally met my needs with a stove top, microwave wave and full size fridge in my room plus a laundry in the Hotel!

Charges for Kitchen utensils Clean convenient. I've stayed at ESA before - this was the first one that had an additional charge for kitchen items. Luckily I'm also camping so I didn't need anything. Also, there are only 2 hard chairs in the room. No comfortable chair to sit. But good if you're on a budget.

I like the fact the room was clean but you didnt see housekeeping all weekend. For such a "new" building, the elevator is shaky & even got stuck, the bed feels like it's going to collapse, the faucet in the tub moves freely and the area around the hotel just seems so unsafe. The office staff seems friendly.

We checked in on Friday and we talked to front desk there was a young guy staying there he parked by our window was blasting his radio and making all kind of noise didn't stop until 1am Saturday morning
