Very good location and the young lady at the front desk was very helpful

We asked for late check in and was advised to dial 500. I had to call the corporate number after dialing 500 15 times with no response. I found this totally unacceptable. Night duty we thought meant on duty.

The room was ok for the price, I was locked out of my room the mirning if checkout.
