One man, God bless his heart, was working all by himself. Doing EVERYTHING! I felt bad but that’s a problem the company needs to address.

Room At check in we waited to hours on a room they was really short staffed housekeepers and my room wasnt ready the beds were hard and ppl some weed there overall the rooms were cleaned nice and I actually liked it but the beds were hard and small need to upgrade to queen size at least

My only issue was that the A/C unit was like having a car engine running intermittently in the room; it was extraordinarily loud when it kicked on and having “constant fan” turned on didn’t make it better.

Room could be cleaner but other then that very happy with staff parking and the amenities of the hotel... Also wifi signal could be better and easier to log on............
I have been staying at this hotel since the 25th of December the week of the 1st of February through the 7th of February which will be Mardi Gras the hotel went up on its rate by $40 for people that have been staying here already that's double the amount they have been paying for rental. I was told that the manager was trying to get rid of Riff Raff I I am not Riff Raff I work I really don't like having to stay in a hotel right now but I have no choice. Good for the price, just come prepared 1) Room was just right for 2 people but could be seen as small by some. They do for a stove, full fridge, and microwave in there though. 2) I was in room 329. It was clean and that's considering their rotation. They clean floor 3 on Weds (we stayed on a Tues). So I was concerned about the time lapse. Floor 2 is cleaned Tues, 1 on Mon, and 4 on Fri.
