Oh no, Cathie! I'm so sorry you were not aware of our additional service packages. We include the basics in the rate and then allow guests to customize so they pay only for what they want to use (like cookware, a coffeemaker, etc.). I hope you were able to enjoy a simple but pleasant stay with us.
We liked the price. However, no breakfast was provided and room service is provided every 14 days. We were provided clean towels upon request by returning dirty towels to the front desk. The floor was not clean and since it was not carpeted, we wore socks in the rooms so we wouldn't carry sand, etc. into the bed. The area was great for my daily walks.

WEll Worth It! WoodSpring Suites was a great place for my sister to stay while in Panama City to visit my brother in the hospital
