Good hotel, no issues, perfect for the price. I was there the day Hurricane Michael hit, and it was able to withstand it with only mild damage. So we know the building is solid! :)

My first home in the PC Area I stayed here for my first 10 days when moving to the area. The hotel is convenient to the AFB and Allenton shipyard. The staff is very nice and helpful. There are numerous restaurants and other services (banks, UPS Store, Walmart, etc) in the area.

The hotel is fine but should offer 24-hour check in and other services. Need to supply some essential items such as shampoo, etc.

Good accomodations if you're keeping costs down This is an extended stay hotel--you pay for the space, not amenities. In suburban section of town, lots of nearby restaurants, grocery. Room was clean but fridge did not work well and toilet started to leak. Maintenence took care of the problem. My only complaints are that they put us on the smoking floor and the smell from the walls seeped into our stuff. Also, we were told when we checked in that it would be no problem if we left early, but then they still charged us anyway.

Great DIY Hotel This hotel is great if you are wanting an affordable place to stay, but want to provide everything yourself. It is great for long stays where you pack pots pans and bring or buy your own food.

You are right that as a value-focused extended stay hotel, we do not provide all of the amenities you might find in a traditional hotel. This helps us keep our rates affordable. Bring extra towels if you're staying long. Our room was good had everything we needed included a stove. The only issue we did not like was that unlike most places here you have to pay extra $10 or something for fresh towels you didn't just get them if you asked like most places.

Nice location. It was a pleasant stay. We were only there two nights and it was a perfect place to rest.

Don’t stay, run away The hotel advertise that kitchenware is provided for free. Once I asked for the items I was told it was a 35 dollar charge. My sheets were dirty, I mean stains, dirt spots, and hair. I got new sheets and had to put them on myself, all my towels were dirty and the tub had hair in it also. The door knob to the bath did not work, I was told it’s my fault. Asked for a plunger and was told I will be billed if the toilet gets clogged.
