Just moved here for work and still looking for house to rent. The room was exactly as advertised. I received nonsmoking room on nonsmoking floor. Free internet worked fine with option to pay for faster internet if needed. I would stay again.
Very convenient and clean hotel! My stay over all was pretty great! They were very welcoming of our children, and one of them can be very loud at times considering he's 2! But never any complaints everything was pretty comfortable during our stay!

Hotel convenient It's a hotel that served what we needed for our week worth of baseball.
Over all it was very nice. A few complaints, we had to wait until 3:20 at the front check in office and the sign said 3:00. We also booked a non smoking room 3 weeks in advance but upon arrival they told us that all they had were smoking rooms, clearly an error on their behalf.
Comfortable hotel, too far from beach. The girlfriend and I needed a nice place to stay that wasn't too pricey, Value Place worked great for us. Room was nice and clean, nothing too fancy. Absolutely appreciated the fact that it did not reek of cigarette smoke! Only downside is its some long ways from the beach (bout 30-45 mins). Also no room maintenance but that's optional at check in. Bed was comfortable, flat TV, in charge of your own A/C, clean microwave, stove, and refrigerator. No Bugs.
Clean rooms, friendly staff, great value! Great value for the money, will stay again. Married couple with 13 years old son, we needed a place to stay in Panama City while scuba diving without breaking a pocket. Stayed for 6 days, no complains. You are getting what you paid for and this place exceeded our expectations. Our room was clean, beds comfortable, linens and towels without any stains – sparkling white.
