Comfortable hotel, too far from beach. The girlfriend and I needed a nice place to stay that wasn't too pricey, Value Place worked great for us. Room was nice and clean, nothing too fancy. Absolutely appreciated the fact that it did not reek of cigarette smoke! Only downside is its some long ways from the beach (bout 30-45 mins). Also no room maintenance but that's optional at check in. Bed was comfortable, flat TV, in charge of your own A/C, clean microwave, stove, and refrigerator. No Bugs.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, great value! Great value for the money, will stay again. Married couple with 13 years old son, we needed a place to stay in Panama City while scuba diving without breaking a pocket. Stayed for 6 days, no complains. You are getting what you paid for and this place exceeded our expectations. Our room was clean, beds comfortable, linens and towels without any stains – sparkling white. Stayed there for a long weekend of fishing at Mexico Beach. If you are planning to be in the room alot and are expecting something nice, then this hotel is not for you. However; it works and is a great deal for the money.

It's alright It was okay.. We asked for a nonsmoking room and they didn't give it to us so the room smelled bad. Other than it was fine.

It was ok, but... We checked in late, but the staff was excellent in getting us checked in. The only problem we encountered was with there not being maintenance personnel when they were needed (or at least on call staff with maintenance skills).
