Good for the price, just come prepared 1) Room was just right for 2 people but could be seen as small by some. They do for a stove, full fridge, and microwave in there though. 2) I was in room 329. It was clean and that's considering their rotation. They clean floor 3 on Weds (we stayed on a Tues). So I was concerned about the time lapse. Floor 2 is cleaned Tues, 1 on Mon, and 4 on Fri. Okay It was good for the price. I booked a room with a king size bed and it had a full size. I needed more towels but there was no one there to help. I understand it was Christmas but there should have been someone there in case of emergencies. Otherwise it was a good, clean room at a good price.
The staff wasn't too friendly.I don't feel they provided good customer service. It was very noisy. Nobody serviced my room. It didn't smell clean in the hall ways. My room didn't have an iron. The tv remote didn't work properly. The carpet could've been cleaner. I liked the location however as I was close to restaurants, Wal-Mart and gas stations. But I stayed only there for two days.
I have been staying at this hotel since the 25th of December the week of the 1st of February through the 7th of February which will be Mardi Gras the hotel went up on its rate by $40 for people that have been staying here already that's double the amount they have been paying for rental. I was told that the manager was trying to get rid of Riff Raff I I am not Riff Raff I work I really don't like having to stay in a hotel right now but I have no choice.
