Review Although the staff were positive and helpful, upon arrival it took almost 10 minutes of continual phone calling to get someone to come to reception so that I could book in.

The night manager wasn't understanding of the situation and got rude. So yea retraining is definitely needed

The worst place I have ever stayed. People was smoking weed in the hallways and by the doors. It was dirty. If you wanted to use the kitchen they expected you to rent the dishes 50 dollars per night. I would give this place negative stars if I could.

The property is dirty and the people that dont stay that gamg around is a problem

My stay was supposed to be a 3 night stay. I checked out after the first night. Hotel was dirty smelled of pot, a lot of people hanging out in the parking lot throwing balls and leaning on random cars.
Costumer service is bad
A place to lay your head I guess Fridge rusted and not level. Ac did not work in either room. Black mold in the bathroom.
I arrived late at about 10pm, it was in the middle of shift change, it took the front desk clerk a few minutes to get me checked in , they said she had to get clocked in. I asked if there were irons in the room, the lady said let me go look and see if they have any, they did I had to sign it out on a clipboard. This was inconvenient to me. I was told If I would have gotten there any later I wouldn’t have been able to even get an iron, due to no one being there after hours.
