CLEAN, FRIENDLY STAFF STAY HERE!! My stay with the Extended Stay in Panama/Callaway Florida was absolutely a wonderful experience. First of all it’s CLEAN!!!! Everyone that works there is friendly, helpful and the GM Jenny is AWESOME!! I would recommend this Hotel to anyone, I needed to stay for 2 weeks, it totally met my needs with a stove top, microwave wave and full size fridge in my room plus a laundry in the Hotel!

Charges for Kitchen utensils Clean convenient. I've stayed at ESA before - this was the first one that had an additional charge for kitchen items. Luckily I'm also camping so I didn't need anything. Also, there are only 2 hard chairs in the room. No comfortable chair to sit. But good if you're on a budget.

I like the fact the room was clean but you didnt see housekeeping all weekend. For such a "new" building, the elevator is shaky & even got stuck, the bed feels like it's going to collapse, the faucet in the tub moves freely and the area around the hotel just seems so unsafe. The office staff seems friendly.

Not great I hate that i have to say this... the room was not great! The check in staff was super nice, but... when we went to our room, the door was open, and the bed was not completely made (almost like they didnt have a blanket and forgot to come back to finish the room) so i had to go back down and let the staff know... they were apologetic and gave us a new room... the room was clean, nothing spectacular... i have a weird complaint... there was half a roll of tp for a two night stay... no extra anywhere! Would not recommend Upon check in I was told that the 2 bed room I paid for was unavailable and I would have to take a 1 bed with a pullout loveseat. Within an hour of that the fire alarm went off and I had to evacuate the building. The bed frame and floor were dirty both had hairs, dust and dirt all over them. I was very unsatisfied with my stay.
